The University of Nebraska's abdominal bot gastric rover
We get squeamish at the
sight of a Q-tip, so you can imagine our delight at the discovery of a small RC robot designed to be inserted into a small incision in the abdomen from where it
can then crawl around your insides. The real kicker is the form of locomotion: two rotating aluminium cylinders whose
spiral patterns allow the bot the grip your abdominal walls and move around. Luckily there's a point to this exercise,
a camera which captures the ensuing carnage and allows the surgeon to perform a minimally invasive surgery, but we
think we'll pass, thanks.

you've just put me off my egg salad sandwich, thanks.
How about minimally invasive liopsuction you can do at home?
Will it collect all of the gum I swallowed as a child?
One Word...
Matrix!
Reminds me of the evil borer-balls in Phantasm II. Yikes!!
Like most other technologies, the pr0n industry will pick up on it faster than anyone else.
