Motorola wants Japan

Japanese businessman

We don't know who it'd be with, but Moto's officially interested in the Japanese market, and Ed ZNDR apparently wants to shack up with a Japanese manufacturer to make it happen over yonder. Of course, once you get handset design, specs, interface, and language localization issues all aside we think it should be pretty easy going for them. Seriously though, collaboration projects and partnerships with other manufacturers sound like they could be the shot in the arm Moto needs to make it in a country where cellphone users are notoriously discriminating, but they're kidding themselves if they don't think they'll still have to be incredibly nimble to make it work.
