CLIOD 3550 DMB PMP with 3-inch screen

All the DMB-capable PMPs start to bleed together after a while, and this 3550 unit from CLIOD seems no exception. It does the usual MPEG, DivX, Windows Media 9, and supports an external antenna to nab some DMB television. The 3550 sports either a 20GB or 30GB HDD and goes for around $450. Seems a little steep for a device with a 3-inch screen, but who are we to judge?

Wow so may DMB phones, they gotta do something about those external attenas, too. I can't see myself using a device like that. I guess its better to go for one of those Samsung handsets without those attenas if anyones interested in these phones to begin with lol

Whaa...? I agree with the steep price, its not worth that much. The screen (3 inches according to here) is at the thin edge of too small to read any text on screen if there happens to be any. That's uncool on a video player, definately. But I would pay money to get a vid-player that sacrifices screen size for a drop in price... oh wait. They didn't.

That thing better have hella battery life, to make up for its other so-far apparent flaws.

the joystick looks suspiciously like the one on my Cowon A2 . . . which IMHO is the best thing out there! =)

I bought the CLIOD 3550 DMB PMP with 3-inch screen in March 2008,but now there is a problem about the screen,it doesn't show three days ago.I want to know how and where to mend it. Please mail me ,thank you very much.
