Kuroutoshikou's hard disk enclosure for hard disks: huh?

What's that, a naked 2.5-inch hard disk? No way Jose, that's a USB 2.0/1.1 drive enclosure for 2.5-inch PATA disks. Amuse your friends, amaze your colleagues for whole seconds of knee slapping "tricked ya!" entertainment. Sigh. The GW2.5HD-U2 from Kuroutoshikou will be available in Japan at the end of the month for ¥1,280 or something like 10 bucks.

For only $10 I don't care what it looks like.
Handy device. I would buy one if given the chance.

This is a novel idea. When it comes to my shore, I will surely get one. My haunch is that the Chinese clones won't be far away. Cheers.
Nice idea, and very reasonable. If it reaches this side of the planet i'll definitely pick one up to affirm my status as King Nerd.
Note: Sighing afterwards makes corny jokes hilarious.
Kuroutoshikou is like the Indie-hardware guys. Small team of technophile engineers building shi!t they think is cool and not backed up by any market research.

They are a branch of Buffalo Inc.
Kuroutoshikou has been around since 2001, and Buffalo since 1975.
