Well how about that? Secret is the same in french AND english.

Its funny how in english treasure is emphasized but in french national is.

In French, the adjectives usually come after the noun (as opposed to English, where the adjective comes first). It's not that "National" is emphasized, it's just that they kept the same logo design.
"National Tresure" is "Tresor National" in French.
Yeah i know i take french is school but im just saying that the design doesnt work out when translated.

Very nice internal packaging I must say. This has to be one of the better PSP bundles, loads better than the HARDCORE BLUE MADDEN one! I AM A HUGE FOOTBALL FAN THAT LOVES PLAYING MADDEN.....ON AN AWESOMELY NOT MANLY AT ALL BLUE PSP!
What you didn't know was that there is beef jerky hiding in every Madden PSP's UMD slot. YOU LOOSE.

I thought the same thing, but I believe that it is the angle of the image, because the overall dimensions are pretty much the same as the 2000 model.
yeah it looks like they curved the edges. looks kinda sleeker.
It looks fat and pathetically cheap. They went from the sleek profile and classy black finish to this garbage? I've seen better finishes on squirt guns.
It is your inner sense trying to convince you there's a noticeable difference between the 2000 and 3000 model.

Why do the buttons look like they are suppose to be backlit?

the battery life is short enough. they would need to have some really power efficient led's to backlight the buttons.

I am more interested in the entertainment bundle, if not able to get the naked version.

It gives them a false sense of accomplishment. They take pride in refreshing their browser every 3 seconds
You should see the "First" dance they do when they finish their dinner first at the dinner table. Some even put little First stickers on the refrigerator calendar for all the Firsts that they acheive through out the month. You should see the glee on their faces when they have their first first in the first day of the first week of the first month of the year, it's their version of a Hat Trick.
Hehe I think I'll stick with my fat psp... that way I don't have to pay 40 dollars for games worth 10. Not to mention homebrew...which is really why I was attracted to the PSP in the first place. Before I put a custom firmware on my psp it was just collecting dust on my shelf, but now I use it just about every day on bus rides or when I have a few extra minutes before a meeting and so on.
DAX cracked the PSP 2000 within 3 days of it's release (fact)! i don't think this one will hold up too long before someone is running homebrew.
I hope DAX cracks it but leaves ISO, CSO piracy ability out.
@ishism, um why? PSP games are not worth the money man! Download em instead, its the only thing that keeps the PSP alive anyways!

eh i just saw one of these at k-mart. i just figured it was a 2000 model until i looked closer at it and i figured out it was a 3000 model.
Then why didn't you get it and sell it on ebay for profit?
You wouldn't have been able to buy it anyway. Their systems will not allow it to be sold before the programmed street date. It shouldn't have even been put out in the case. I went to a walmart last night and saw one in the case so I was going to buy it. They couldn't sell it to me because the system wouldn't allow it. Managers can't even override it. They were told to put it out even though they can't sell it yet......bastards
I wonder when the true successor is going to come out. I'm kinds tired of all these bundles and alight redesigns. I think Sony could easily make a new PSP with all the features that everyone wants.
Shame how no one says that for each GBA and DS edition that came out.

Doesn't an "unboxing" typically imply that the device is actually . . . oh, I don't know . . . unboxed? As in, removed from the box?
from a packaging nazi standpoint, it's really a shame to see plastic used inside the box in place of cardboard, not to mention the large size of the box itself.

OH GAWD I NEED IT. MUST. HAVE. PS BUTTON. Every day I look at my PSP 1000 and cringe at the sight of the button with the feeble uncool label of "HOME".
I'm sure that's a 1 GB Pro Duo card in the box, wasn't it suppose to be a 4 GB Card?
