Engadget German reader meetup at IFA tomorrow!
Do you like tight leather pants and beer? Then you'll love hanging out with us and our German colleagues tomorrow in the Sommergarten of Messe Berlin, host of the IFA tradeshow. The shindig is from 1PM to 3PM (13:00 to 15:00 hours if you like your timestamps Euro-style). There will be free t-shirts and, of course, beer, but we know you'll come just for the "supah" conversation. No RSVP is required, so just stop by whenever and nerd out with us German style -- Thomas and Paul will be there, along with most of the Engadget German crew, a melding of gadget minds that's just not to be missed. The map is after the break.

Where's the Engadget meetup in Chicago? Why no love?
@Michgar
+1 for that.
Gutentag!
Tight leather pants are Austrian. Lederhosen is German. Prost!
Lederhosen are "Tight leather pants"...
Erm, they are loose suede shorts with built in suspenders, not leather pants.
@larry.nic: shorts are pants, suede is leather
off topic: Byron Hout got what he deserved. btw i hate oregon, i just love seeing a little bitch getting a smirk wiped off their face like that!
So, have we decided to forgive the Germans. Nobody tells me anything.
Damn, I'd definitely find my way there if I were still in Deutschland.
So this "German reader meetup", are other nationalities allowed?
Engadget German is a division of Engadget and they're the ones running the show in, guess what, Germany. So thats why it is called the the "Engadget German reader meetup"
Ist es ach erlaubt für leute die nicht Deutsch sind aber jedoch die sprache verstehen und es ach ein bischen schreiben hier etwas uber die messe zu discussieren? :-D
Hehe, can someone german check how many errors I just made? (I'm Dutch)
Will be a pleasure to meet the Engadget guys. But tight leather pants are Bavarian style. Berlin style is much more advanced. Hey we got spaceships as buildings! ;)
Nöö! I won't be there until Sunday... now I have to nerd out by myself.
If Technoviking is there count me in!
Doesn't look very happening there :/
Don't mention the war! I mentioned it once, but I think I got away with it...
Meh, too bad I was at the IFA today. Would've loved to chat with you guys :)
Scheisse! I was in Frankfurt like ten days ago, ready to jump on some ICE in Richtung Berlin Hbf (god, I have some love for that station)
Shame we don't have anything like IFA in Birmingham :-(
