webOS 1.3.2 out for Palm Pixi while Pre looks on with jealousy
Looks like Palm's first Pixi update has an air of exclusivity to it. WebOS 1.3.2 is being released to the somewhat washed, non-slider masses, while Pre owners are so far left toying with 1.3.1. Not a huge loss, it seems, as no one is yet certain what this update does. Still, if you got a Pixi, look for the over-the-air warning lights to go on.

if i dont get my update ill be returning my pre while i still can
it sucks that palm take preference on the pixi than the pre
thats the way they will no survive if they keep on doing this type of s**t
@garciaop
Have you stopped to think that maybe it's Pixi specific?
@Trevize
Your question was five words too long.
Looks like Pixi is getting a speed fix.
.. I'm just waiting for paid apps here in Canada... Why won't they take ma money?!
Thats why Apple Rocks! because new iPhone OS update is always available for all iPhones 2g, 3g and 3gs. Try iphone and palm pre both on your Windows.

haha maybe they re-enabled iTunes...again
Damn whats up with all the spam on the comments section?
Why would Pre owners be jealous if the update is a Pixi-specific performance bug fix due to it having a different processor than the Pre?
I like the Christmas theme on the Pixi, the homebrew community definitely is keeping things lively for Palm's new products. Sadly though I am disappointed in how little Palm fixes in each update. Come on Palm, your future is riding on two products right now, the hardware has been pretty shitty so far (Pre at least) at least make up for it by releasing big feature rich software updates frequently. I'm replacing my Pre with a Hero this week, hopefully I won't be disappointed with Google & HTC's work too...
Wait... Why does the Pixi even have a WiFi icon?
@ngrava
It's a tree...
@smartmouth it is a tree (xmas theme) but the photo is definitely from the Pre or the WebOS emulator
@cswright definitely from the Pre why? because it's definitely not.
@chud I know, right? The Pixi doesn't have WiFi so why is there a WiFi icon? That's what I'm getting at.
Hmmm...isn't one of Palm's major anti-competition marketing angles along the line of:
>>> "Android is not one OS; it's splintered into many"
Kettle, pot?
@Freakin Ijit: No, this is not a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
Palm's WebOS is identical from a functional and user interface perspective across it's two devices (Pre and Pixi). This update for Pixi only addresses a performance issue experienced only on the Pixi due to a hardware difference (the Pixi has a different CPU than the Pre causing a Pixi specific issue with lag).
Android's multiple incarnations with different UI's is a confusing mess for consumers.
This update just makes picking up/ending a call with a wired headset faster, and fixes some security issues.
