Each week, Blog Azeroth posts a Shared Topic, and WoW bloggers link to posts on their blogs responding to the topic. This week's topic:

If Blizzard added your main as an NPC in WoW, where would they be located and what would be their function? Give us a shot illustrating the fact.

Though Roblinator isn't exactly my main and she's only level 62, she is the guild leader of WoW Insider's It came from the Blog, so I'll use her for this topic.

Roblinator the Goblinator would hang out across the way from the bar in the Goblin Slums. They have been saving a place for her, complete with libations! Please ignore the laundry. It's the neighbor's.

Once a month, players could get a quest from Roblinator that would involve a lot of traveling. Some examples:

Pets. I need 'em. Get me one of each.

Crimson Snake
Cockroach
Silver Dragonhawk Hatchling

I'm going to have 'em fight it out to see which one I keep. My money's on the Dragonhawk -- the frilly stuff doesn't fool me.

Yo. You know where the leaders of our glorious Horde races are? Prove it.

Kneel before Lady Sylvanas.
Giggle at Halduron Brightwing.
Tell Garrosh Hellscream a joke.
Bow to Baine Bloodhoof.
Dance with Sassy Hardwrench.

Don't tell me Sassy isn't the Bilgewater Cartel Trade Princess. She should be; that's all that matters.

The rewards would always be gold, experience, and a random cocktail.

Once you had completed Roblinator's quest for the month, she'd dispense random but useful advice every time you speak to her.

Protect the lowbies!

or

Stay on the road!

or

If you're not happy in your guild, leave it! Sheesh.

The monthly quest would include something holiday-related, depending on the month, for everyone above level 10. Some of the tasks will be difficult for the lowbies, which is why they should always be protected.
