Muramasa: The Demon Blade on Vita will offer original DLC

Muramasa: The Demon Blade for PS Vita won't just be a port of the 2009 Wii game, although that would be enough. Early information from Famitsu magazine reveals that the Vita release will get new downloadable content, consisting entirely of original material. According to Yoshifumi Hashimoto, Chief Creative Officer of publisher Marvelous AQL, the DLC will star a new hero.

If you missed Muramasa back on Wii, it's a side-scrolling action RPG set in a Genroku-era Japan full of demons, ghosts, and spirits. Being a Vanillaware game, it features incredible 2D artwork. You probably shouldn't miss it the second time around, is what we're saying.
