Back in Wrath of the Lich King, I really wanted to like Dalaran. It had a cool aesthetic with a pleasant layout. Unfortunately, it was lag hell, and for most of that expansion I avoided the place like the plague.

I have my doubts. I imagine Jaina's Kirin Tor is only going to be anti-Horde for as long as Garrosh is warchief, so I don't think Blizzard would be interested in updating Daralan's in-game population multiple times when it isn't a central location of an expansion.

Yep! It's a level 90 scenario. You can queue for it whenever you want.

We've been shown the dreadlords/nathrezim are immortal, so probably not. It's possible the circumstances around his death in Warcraft III did Tichondrius in permanently, though. Illidan had some experience with demons (to say the least) so his method may have stuck. Anetheron wasn't beaten in any special way at all, so I'd say chances are good he survived.

I can't say for certain, but reputations like these usually reset when you switch factions. You'll need to work through the Horde's story just like you worked through the story on the Alliance's side.

I don't use MogIt myself, but readers were mentioning in the comments that MogIt's secondary addons/modules have been abandoned by the author(s). MogIt might have baseline functionality for sets now, so try a clean install of the addon -- or check out some other transmogrification addons entirely.

Very little! I'm not the sort of person who changes looks constantly. I find one perfect look and stick with it until something better comes along. I'm not sure anything could possibly be better for my human rogue than Alliance tier 9. It's the perfect outfit for a stabby member of SI:7. I should be wearing a black shirt with the outfit but ... come on, now.
