The Tokyo Game Show's shopping area is a dangerous place. It's full of adorable, super awesome merchandise from the likes of Sega, Capcom and Namco Bandai – which is good – but the majority of that stuff is way expensive, which is bad. What's worse, the swag-lust induced by simply being in the area is compounded with a terrible sense of urgency; the knowledge that most of this merchandise isn't readily available elsewhere, and this might be your only chance to snag it.
