Battle Worlds Kronos makes goal

Battle Worlds: Kronos, the hexy turn-based strategy game funded through a successful Kickstarter, will begin November 4 taking deployment orders to PC, Mac and Linux (Steam and GOG). Updating release windows developer KING Art provided to us at Gamescom, the mobile and tablet versions are now planned for early 2014. The studio previously told us mid-2014.

"We're giving the customers a good large game for their money. We provide free cross-platform multiplayer, a league and – early next year – the free DLC 'Trains,' which contains a new campaign and introduces a whole new unit class," said KING Art CEO Jan Theysen.

The $29.99 game will also launch DRM free. Theysen continued, "If enough players support us by buying the game legally instead of pirating it, we'll adopt a no-DRM policy as a company policy."

The Kickstarter-funded turn-based strategy game by King Art Games will be released worldwide November 4th 2013 without DRM



Bremen 10/24/2013. King Art, a veteran developer of computer games, has announced today that Battle Worlds: Kronos will be available on November 4th of 2013. The game will see a worldwide release in seven languages for PC, Mac and Linux, on Steam, GoG.com and other platforms. Versions for iOS and Android will follow in early 2014.

All versions of the game, boxed retail copies or digital downloads, will be free of copy protection*.

Battle Worlds: Kronos is a classic turn-based strategy game inspired by games like Battle Isle, Advance Wars, Panzer General and many others. Players control their units turn-based and battle AI or human (PVP) opponents.
