Fighting game marathon tonight to raise funds for Boston

Boston's fighting game community is hosting a 26-hour gaming marathon to raise money for The One Fund Boston, benefiting those who were affected by the Boston Marathon bombings.

Starting today at 8 PM Eastern time and running through 10 PM on Saturday, participants will stream tournaments, speed runs, and requested games at Game Underground's retail store and arcade in Framingham, Massachusetts. Local admission is $10, and all marathon content will be streamed at Game Underground's Twitch channel.

The marathon will showcase competitive play for Injustice: Gods Among Us, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition. A full schedule of events is here.
