Around Azeroth: A haunted outfit

"In the Shrine of the Seven Stars, near the bank, is a balcony lined with armor racks," writes submitter Quadratic of Gnomeregan Forever on Wyrmrest Accord (US-A). "One of those racks GLOWS. No explanations. No cute things happen when you click on it. So ... any good conspiracy theories, folks?" Personally, I'm voting that it's either possessed by the ghost of the armor's former owner, or being cursed by what appears to be the Black Mage's hat from Final Fantasy there in the middle.
