The Queue: The questions we share

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco will be your host today.

Hello WoW Insider. How are you? I am fine. Please enjoy these questions, as well as their answers.

waitwut asked:

I keep hearing how "savage" being used when talking about WoD. Where did this come from?

The devs used the word a lot when describing Draenor and WoD in general at BlizzCon. It's sort of the expansion's keyword. And a running joke, now.

Lenneth asked:

I understand that leveling perks in WoD are meant to make us feel a notable buff to our classes, but just to clarify these perks,

1) Does each perk stay with your character when questing to 100 so that you have them all by level cap?
2) Do the buffs to your abilities only apply out in the world while leveling or do we keep them when doing instanced content like raiding, scens, arenas, etc?

1) Yes.
2) As far as we know, they'll be with you always.

phillip.edens asked:

Do you think there will be any focus during WoD on the Draenor Orcs getting accustomed to the various races from Azeroth (particularly Foresaken).

What about classes? What will Gul'dan think when he sees thousands of Warlocks coming through the gates? Or with Death Knights before he, you know, created Death Knights (albeit a different kind of Death Knight).

I just feel that would be an incredibly interesting dynamic that I hope does not get overlooked.

I'm sure there'll be lots of these instances over the course of the story. "Tell me of your homeworld, Xxlegolasxx." I'm much more interested, though, in how the Draenor orcs interact with the obviously fel-green Azeroth orcs.

Dabugar asked:

How are Draenor Perks going to work when switching specs? If I level up in a dps spec and unlock Draenor Perks for my dps spec (Frost, Unholy) what happens when I switch to my tank spec? Do I get the equivalent amount of Draenor Perks specific to my tanking spec (Blood) or am I stuck with my dps perks even in my tanking spec?

You get one perk per level per spec. If the perk doesn't apply to your current spec, you simply won't see it until you switch to that spec. Easy peasy.

zengarzombolt11 asked:

who is the strongest 5-man dungeon boss lore-wise ?

Either Azshara or Murozond; I'm including Murozond because I know he's Nozdormu, who (pre-MoP) was incredibly powerful (and sleepy). I don't know his actual power level, though. We DO know that Azshara was the most powerful being on the dang planet at the time (and might still be).
