Video Games Live dates over 50 new concerts around the world

Video Games Live has announced 50+ new dates for its gaming-focused concert tour, including first-ever stops in McAllen, Texas, Spokane, Washington, Benthlehem, Pennsylvania and more. The show will also travel through Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, China and other regions.

The 10-venue pass through Mexico will include guest apperances from Journey composer Austin Wintory, God of War series contributor Gerard Marino, Symphony of the Goddess conductor Eimear Noone and more. The press release also teases appearances from "game composer friends from Japan," leaving us to dwell in anticipation for now.

Some of the highlights of the ongoing groundbreaking 12 year tour include...

An unprecedented 10 show national tour of Mexico culminating with a massive performance in a 25,000 seat baseball stadium in Monterrey, Mexico sponsored by Coca-Cola, Monster Energy Drink, Burger King and the Mexican Ministry of Culture. Special guests include internet sensation Malukah performing for the first time ever her song "Dragonborn Comes" watch over 25 million times on YouTube. Other special guests include Blizzard Entertainment Audio Director & Composer Russell Brower, Gerard Marino (God of War), Austin Wintory (Journey), Eimear Noone (Blizzard conductor and Zelda concert conductor) and some VERY special guests game composer friends from Japan.
