Tecmo Koei's Wii U crossover brawler Hyrule Warriors is hitting store shelves in Japan on August 14, Japanese magazine Famitsu reports (via Siliconera).

Launching in Japan with the title Zelda Musou, Hyrule Warriors pits The Legend of Zelda series protagonist Link against spawning hordes of familiar foes. Famitsu additionally reports that the project is a collaboration between Dynasty Warriors series developer Omega Force and Team Ninja producers Hisashi Koinuma and Yosuke Hayasahi.
