Normally we'd ignore a movie tie-in mobile game, except that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was developed by a notable up-and-comer. First spotted by PocketGamer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was created by The Game Bakers, who created the enjoyable Combo Crew and colorful RPG Squids.

"The violence feels robust and chunky," PocketGamer says of the $3.99 premium app. The game is based on the movie, which is based on the show, which is based on the comic, which is based on thoughts conceived when someone mixed Fresca, Tab and pepperoni pizza in the 80s.
