Here you can see your characters (with class), level, cash, /played time, xp earned this level, rested experience, and average item level (btw, shirts may skew this number).
this is a breakdown of current bag and bank slot usage. So, if you feel like upgrading bags on any of your characters, you'll be able to tell where the best place to do so is.
Current profession and secondary skill levels by character.
Mails, last time you were at the mailbox, auctions, bids, last time you were at the auction house, and last time this character was online.
This keeps track of guild members as well as checking to see what other guild members are using altoholic.
This is an Altoholic feature that talks to other guild members to find out what their professions and skill in those professions are.
This is just letting you know the last time you checked through the guild bank for Altoholic to cache a list of what's available.
This will list profession cooldowns (titansteel, transmute, inscription research, etc), raid resets, as well as any calendar events you have planned.
This will let you browse through all of your characters bags and bank info from any of your other characters. As you can see, I've got a lot of junk in my bags.
Whenever you hover over an item, it will let you know where else you're storing that same type of item. In this case, I've got a couple different wisp wants from Hallow's End.
Feel like making some armor for an alt in order to skill up, but forgot what they're wearing? Here's a quick way to see what they've got on. It will also tell you the item level for each thing they're wearing.
You can also check what quests are in progress on your various toons.
If you've got a scribe, this is a handy way to see what glyphs you still need to make for your alts. It also supports dual-spec, so you can check your 65 druid's resto glyphs (for helping all of those new DKs wanting to run dungeons in Outland).
Well, this would list the current auctions you have up, but I don't currently have any.
You can browse your characters to see which ones you've sent those tickbird and cobra hatchlings to.
If you're working on mount achievements, this can be a handy one for keeping track of all of the progress on all of your toons.
Here is another handy feature for tracking the various rep grinds on your alts.
I've only been running one of my characters through things in Wrath, so my others don't have anything to show yet.

Same as cooking, but for First Aid.
In this case, it's my engineering.
Here's the 2nd profession list. In my case, it's mining.
Here, you can search recipes, weapons, and items on all of your characters. It will even search the guild banks you have access to. In this case, I found the transmute for cardinal ruby, two rubies I had in my bags, and two more rubies in my guild's bank.
This is just showing that you can use it much like the auction house and just search in a sub-section. Here I was checking what scrolls my characters had.
This feature keeps a list of what was in the guild bank tabs the last time you checked them. This is not a live and current list though. However, if your guild lets you use mats for enchants, you can generally figure out what items you can get from them and what ones you'll still need to buy. It will also show the current guild bank amount, but I smudged that out for the privacy of my guild.
Here you can keep track of which achievements your characters have and which ones are still missing.
Here's a quick look at the options tab.
