Panasonic is taking it to the next level with a 20-inch Windows 8 tablet. It's not just the size that's big as this also has a UHDTV (3840 x 2160) resolution.

You can theoretically pick up the tablet and carry it around — but it’s clearly just a little too heavy for comfortable one-handed use. This isn’t a tablet designed for light reading or web surfing. But it could be great for multi-player gaming ... or other niche activities.

It produces absolutely stunning visuals with incredible detail and vibrant color when viewing high-resolution content. But despite its excellent visual fidelity, 4K is more or less just a marketing term. At 20-inches, the display has a pixel density of 220ppi, which falls below the iPad (264ppi).
