Last Friday, a blog entry at Capcom Unity (that was mysteriously pulled) revealed the names and dates for a number of "UMD Legacy" titles for re-release on the PlayStation Store: October 8: Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Dark Tower October 15: Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max October 22: Capcom Puzzle World October 29: Maverick Hunter X November 5: Megaman Powered Up This list completes the lineup of un-UMD'd games promised three months ago (and tosses in Capcom Puzzle World for good measure). While Capcom has neglected to price any of these titles, previously released Legacy games are currently $19.99 each on the PlayStation Store. Unsure of the veracity of the pulled info, we confirmed with Capcom's Chris Kramer, who told us that the "titles are correct and the dates should be fairly accurate," though he did admit that it's "hard to pin down digital release dates almost until they happen." Still unaccounted for? Those PS1 old-timers you've been waiting forever to buy again: Dino Crisis, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3.

The cute, lovable beat-animals-with-a-drill game, Gurumin, has dropped to a measly $20 at Gamestop. The game is quickly attracting a cult audience, and at that budget price, you may want to figure out why. PSP Fanboy gave it a 7.5, praising its unique charm, but bashing its slow pacing.Capcom Puzzle World is also on sale, also for $20. Is Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo worth the price of admission? Some would say yes. As our review notes, don't expect much more than that from the game. Is a 5.0 much easier to swallow at this budget price? Quite possibly.[Via CAG]

I know most people only read reviews to find out if they should buy, try or avoid a particular game. With that in mind, here's that info on Capcom Puzzle World for those who don't want to read a full review. Buy: If you are a fan of the Buster Bros. series and want a collection of them with extra games included. Try: If you like Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, but have never tried Buster Bros. or have never tried either. Avoid: If you dislike Buster Bros. or are not a fan of puzzle games.

Alright, so maybe this puzzle doesn't involve Tom Hanks with bad hair and an albino monk, but that's probably a good thing. While browsing new Capcom Puzzle World screens on Gamespot, I came across the image above. It's from one of the Buster Bros games and damn if it don't look trippy. I can't say I have a lot of Buster Bros experience, but I'll likely get this collection regardless since it has a puzzle game I love even more than Lumines; Super Puzzle Fighter II. As a refresher, here is the list of games in this collection: Super Puzzle Fighter II Block Block, Buster Bros (3 versions of it) Capcom Puzzle World puzzle fights its way onto store shelves next month.
