This is a trailer for a new project by Bloodvein and Propostris. The video does a pretty good job of summing up what's going on, so take the time to check it out. The trailer itself is smooth and entertaining; we can hope that the Questline project will be just as good. I don't why I'm excited by the idea that Bloodvein and Propostris are both playing Dwarves. I'm a fan of the stout characters myself. (Do you see what I did there?) Dwarves don't get nearly enough play in the community, so that's another reason to hope the new series takes off. First, Bloodvein and Propostris get some play, and Dwarves get another marketing vehicle. Now, if they could just get Magni to return. Interested in the wide world of machinima? Work Warning: This video references the running MMO joke, Epeen. Gnome Hunter is a new machinima by Bloodvein. The voice acting was performed by Propostris. Gnome Hunter clearly takes place after the Cataclysm, since the eponymous Gnome Hunter shockingly finds a tribe of gnomes preparing to hunt down Deathwing himself. These gnomes are actually my favorite part of the video. I don't know why I enjoy feral gnomes in tribal clothing so much. There's something about the idea of wild gnomes running rampant across Azeroth that tickles my funny bone. The images and ambience of Gnome Hunter are incredibly strong, and it goes to show how well Bloodvein is growing as a creator. I really look forward to seeing further installments so that we can see what Bloodvein does with the series. Interested in the wide world of machinima? NSFW Warning: The refrain of the song includes the F-bomb, a bit of other cursing, as well as scantily clad pixels dancing. In a PUG is one of Propostris's most popular pieces. It's scored over 100,000 page views since it was released in June 2009. As a parody of In da Club by 50 Cent, In a PUG attempts to recreate what Rolling Stone called "a spare yet irresistible synth hook augmented by a tongue-twisting refrain." Propostris has been featured before with Ice Ice Baby. It's always great to see people continue creating new works, so I'll be curious to see how readers feel about this more seasoned piece. If you remember, we first talked about Sluggles Epic Adventure: Adventures in Random Dungeon Land a few weeks ago. Bloodvein Movies promised to chart his progress as he pursued his own completion of the Pocketlitx of Doomhammer Gnome Challenge. It seems like his attempts to level a gnome to 80 before BlizzCon have been going pretty well, but he's run into the same challenge as the rest of us. Specifically, he's had the challenge of dealing with other players in the random dungeon finder. This movie is pretty funny, and I enjoyed it. I'm already a fan of Propostris, of course. I was especially impressed by the vocal work done by Priestess Rawrbug, who was both convincing as a gnome and a pleasure to listen to. Bloodvein Movies saturated his script with enough humor to support its fast-paced narrative, and I appreciate that he didn't drag this episode longer than needed. It's great work, and I'm eager to see what Sluggles finds in the future. Interested in the wide world of machinima? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch!
