Samsung+ app's new feature could save you the trouble of having to spend hours helping them figure out how to switch on their mobile data connection or to connect a pair of Bluetooth headphones. The app's latest update adds a feature called "Assist," which allows representatives to take over and troubleshoot their phone for them.
