Forza Horizon 4 has been out for two years now, but it’s been kept fresh with no less than 30 updates since release. Now, developer Playground Games has introduced something completely different: a stunt mode called Super7 with a “Blueprint Builder” designer.

Iron Man might make flying look easy, but strapping on a jetpack and wings ranks as one of the more dangerous things you could ever try. Jetman Yves Rossy and his two protégés (Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet) are bringing you closer to that action with the launch of a documentary called Loft: The Jetman Story.

  • A surfboard attached to a firehose is a... hoverboard?

A few years ago, JetLev developed a jetpack that let users float in mid air, so long as they were on the water. Using that same principle, French jet ski champion Franky Zapata developed the Flyboard, which let you follow behind a speedboat with a set of water-powered rocket boots. A few years later, and Zapata is back with the Hoverboard, which does the same job, but attached to a board with a single nozzle hanging out back. Now, aquatic daredevils and perform tricks and stunts to shame nearby surfer dudes. If there's one downside, it's that you'll spend the better part of $6,000 on one of the units -- not to mention owning or having access to your own speedboat.

  • Audi e-bike Wörthersee lets you pop wheelies eco-style, plays nice with your smartphone

We're no stranger to e-bikes here, but most of the examples we've seen so far have very much been meant for A-to-B rides. Audi's aiming to fix that with its e-bike Wörthersee prototype. The carbon fiber transport not only has a strong 2.3kW motor -- the most powerful ever in a bike, so says Audi -- but can use that power for tricks. You can flick the Wörthersee into a wheelie mode and either shift your weight around or leave it fully automatic, depending on the fierceness of your stunt skills. Not that it'll be a timid ride if you prefer to keep both wheels on the ground, as a motor-assisted pedaling mode will take you up to 50MPH, and you can still ride at 31MPH if you're not keen on using your legs. That's faster than the already speedy Grace One City we tried, folks. The vorsprung durch technik also comes through a smartphone tie-in, although in a much more stunt-savvy way than the app- and tuning-focused Ford E-Bike Concept: it tracks video and trick runs, both for its own game system and for bragging rights on Facebook. With a very light 3.5-pound carbon fiber frame and a quick 2.5-hour charge-up time, the e-bike Wörthersee sounds like a wild ride that will charge quickly enough for a spin on your lunch break, but we wouldn't rush to put down a deposit. Audi is calling the prototype a "show bike," which is a sign than the design as-is won't show up at the local sports store. We'll let you know if the Wörthersee or a more pragmatic descendant makes the leap to a dealer.

  • Jetman soars over Rio, flies circles around historical landmarks (video)

Why would you want to leap out of a perfectly good aircraft? To fly a winged jetpack over the city of Rio de Janeiro, of course. It sounds nuts, but it's just a day in the life for Yves Rossy, the self proclaimed "Jetman" who flew over the Grand Canyon last year. Since soaring over the Rio Grande, Rossy has pitted his carbon-fiber wings against a rally car on Top Gear, taken to the skies over Abu Dhabi and, most recently, buzzed Brazil's famous Christ the Redeemer statue. Jetman rocketed past the monument on an 11 minute flight earlier this week, beginning his journey by dropping out of a helicopter over Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Rossy pulled his Rocketeer trick and eventually parachuted to safety on Copacabana beach. Sound fun? Head past the break to see the man in action. Us? We'll keep our feet planted on terra firma, thanks.

  • PSN's Joe Danger launching (from a ramp) on June 8

The "late May or early June" release date for Hello Games' PSN stunt game Joe Danger has been clarified -- and not just by the fact that there's no "late May" left. The PlayStation Blog has passed along the thrilling news that Joe Danger will be available on PSN on June 8. What better way to kick off summer than by devising the deadliest trap-filled obstacle courses possible, and then racing against your friends on them in several different game modes? It's probably the most fun you'll have falling off of a motorcycle repeatedly, sometimes into fire or spikes.

  • ESRB: Joe Danger popping wheelies on the PC

Hello Games always planned to release Joe Danger on all digital distribution channels (Xbox 360, PSN and PC) but, as of right now, the game is only confirmed for release on PSN. However, according to an ESRB certification, the time for Joe to shine on the PC could be nigh -- a move we endorse entirely. Based on our time with the title back at GDC, we think the game should be on every platform imaginable (y'know, because it's fun), but the ESRB listing makes no mention of an Xbox 360 release. We've reached out to Hello Games for clarification on which platforms Joe will light up with that million dollar smile of his. We'll keep you posted.

  • Dolphin Olympics: Ecco, meet Tony Hawk

A Flash game by Alan Rawkins, Dolphin Olympics will make you think of Ecco the Dolphin meshed with simplified stunts akin to the Tony Hawk series (or even the old SNES game, Uniracers). You have two minutes to build as much speed as you can to jump higher out of the water. Each time you leap, use the arrow keys to flip forward, backward, or spin. The more tricks you pull off in mid-air, the more points you get when you hit the water. Your re-entry into the sea is extremely important, as one false move and you'll lose your momentum. Gulping fish, earning fireworks, watching the sun set when you play in the evening, and leaping into the stars are all bonuses that make the game even more irresistible. It's relaxing until you get hooked, then you'll obsessively play until you jump over Jupiter. Play Dolphin Olympics.

  • Super Mario Bros. played with eyes closed

We've seen the original Super Mario Bros. beaten in five minutes, listened to countless remixes of the theme song, and gawked at gigantic mosaics made out of fridge magnets. This stunt takes the Mario-shaped cake, however. A Japanese television show (why can't American TV be this ... interesting?) features a man playing the first level of Super Mario Bros. with his eyes closed. Every jump and every enemy nailed without fail. He even realizes he missed a coin in one of the sub-worlds and goes back to grab it. That's dedication (craziness), folks.Check out a slightly more impressive video after the break. This guy plays the first two levels of the game with his eyes closed and his back turned. If he did it underwater while drinking a glass of milk, we'd worship him.

  • Today's raddest game video: GTA San Andreas bike stunts

It takes a brave man (or woman) to try his hand on the dangerous streets of GTA:SA, and an even braver man (or woman) to try those streets on a motorcycle. Then to go above and beyond that, and drive like a complete and total maniac? Fugeddaboutit.Thankfully, someone else has done all the work for you, slapped a thrashing soundtrack to it, and uploaded it to YouTube. All you have to do now is sit back, hit play, and enjoy. Better yet, watch it, and then go out and try it all yourself. Virtually, that is. Please don't try this at home. Unless you're trying it on your console. We don't mean standing on your console, we mean ... ah, forget it. Just watch the darn thing.

  • Midway releases LA Rush gameplay trailer

Midway has just released a gameplay trailer for LA Rush, which is due out in November. Featuring "amazing jumps, spectacular stunts," the game allows players to customize their cars by dropping them off at West Coast Customs, race against other players wirelessly and allows you to pull off some crazy jumps in the Stunt Arena. Judging by the video, the game looks like it's a lot of fun. And with West Coast Customs in the game, you're biggest decision could be whether you want a tanning bed or fireplace in your car. [Thanks, Steve]
