Welcome back to The Queue, WoW.com's daily Q&A column where the WoW.com team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco be your host today. Happy fifth anniversary, everyone! In honor of such a prestigious age for our young upstart MMO, this edition of the Queue ... has ... well, basically nothing to do with the anniversary at all. I mean, it's not as if you guys asked any anniversary-related questions. So, we're just setting today's Queue to "normal view" and takin' care of business. Shall we? Pemberton asked... How come we can't fly from Darkshore to the Exodar?

  • Arcanite Ripper gets a model change in patch 3.0.8

Patch 3.0.8 is bringing an interesting change to one of the more nostalgic items added to the game recently besides the many Heirloom items that came with Wrath. The Arcanite Ripper, a nod to the Arcanite Reaper of old, is getting a graphical overhaul. Its new model is much cooler, but it's a little sad to see that model go. I'm not too busted up about it, because I can still pick up a Bloodied Arcanite Reaper if I get sentimental. The new Ripper will use the guitar model used by Bergrisst of the Tauren Chieftains (who you transform into upon right clicking the weapon). The new model is way cooler looking, but it's still a little sad to see the old one go. Despite the more awesome model, I can't help but feel my attachment to my Paladin's Ripper fading away.[via World of Raids]

Did you know that the Tauren Chieftains (formerly Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain) hang out on a balcony in Silvermoon City inbetween gigs? Well, some of you do, but as usual, I'm late to the party. If you are the L70ETC fangirl (or boy) that I am, head on over to the Walk of Elders in Silvermoon. You'll see their manager chatting with some groupies. Then just look up to the terrace above to see our favorite in-game band. Each of the Chieftains will /dance with you, /wave at you, /rude at you and if you /kiss at one, he will flex for you.If you're not a fellow Hordie, you can make a Blood Elf noob and just run over to Silvermoon City. It's a safe run and should be easy to find. The band is just inside the entrance and to the right.I spent quite a long time trying out emotes on the band and giggling happily. But I'm a dork. Insert fangirl noise here. Were you able to find another emote they respond to? Isn't Samuro dreamy?
