Automatic license plate readers (ALPRs), software that allows computers to separate and analyze license plates from camera footage, could soon become ubiquitous in American neighborhoods thanks to a company called Rekor Systems. On Thursday, the firm started selling a product called Watchman. The $5 per month subscription allows homeowners to add the company's OpenALPR software to almost any home security camera.

As Luvinia Online's heading toward closed beta testing here in the states, Outspark is trying to pump up interest in the title by highlighting the game's classes. Two of the revealed classes are the Berserker and Watchman, subsets of the Fighter and Scout roles. The Berserker is your typical barbarian-who-unleashes-his-inner-Hulk character, utilizing rage to increase his damage, hit multiple targets, and pump up critical strikes. As Outspark says, "The heavens hath no fury like a Berserker scorned!" On the flip side of rage is the Watchman's cool, collected poise. She uses ranged skills, traps and tricks to frustrate and kill enemies from afar, preferring the use of a bow over melee weapons. An interesting mechanic to the class is that the farther the Watchman is from her target, the more damage she does. You can take a peek at the many classes of Luvinia Online, including the class grid, in the gallery below! %Gallery-126599%

Thanks to the new advanced class page on the Star Wars: The Old Republic website and MMORPG.com's interview with Georg Zoeller, we now know quite a bit about the skill tree breakdown of each advanced class. However, over the next few weeks, I want to take a look at a few of the classes and read between the lines of text. Several abilities are listed for each class, but how do they fit together? What does the complete package look like? The Jedi Knight looks to be one of the most popular classes to play. After all, what kid growing up didn't have a fantasy of wielding a lightsaber just like Luke Skywalker or Obi-Wan Kenobi? I'd like to give a general overview of the advanced class abilities and collate a comprehensive list of the announced abilities. Follow me beyond the cut to see how these puzzle-pieces fit together in SWTOR.

Voting is over and the people have chosen! It was a tough race, with Sjohn showing a tiny lead Saturday night, and Cody reclaiming it come Monday morning. From Cody's plea: "This is my really-really-need-to-be wireless setup; I don't have enough money for the wireless network adapter nor do I have enough money for a proper headset." Despite having one of the more terse captions, Cody's video treatment really sold his fanboyish desparation. A dangerous web of wires, our crack-team of genetically-enhanced lawyers says we can, in no way, condone playing your 360 this way. For his efforts--or lack thereof--Cody will win the review copy of Turtle Beach's Ear Force X2 wireless headphones. It's befitting, in a way, that one part of his rig will be wireless, even if it's the more unlikely of the options. Somone get this guy a WiFi adapter, stat!Congratulations Cody, and thanks to everyone who entered the contest. I now count myself amongst your ranks as, with the mailing off of Cody's much-deserved prize, I'll have relinquished my 360's sole form of audio output. Next-gen gaming on an HD monitor without sound? I know...pathetic.
