FirstShot, the ultrasuede kidcam
Just when you thought it wasn't possible for any more misfit companies to jump on the consumer electronics bandwagon, leave it to a company called Toray Ultrasuede to totally blow us away with their FirstShot, a "baby's first camera"-style device that even has a cute little screen for looking at the pictures your toddler took of the wall, floor, and the inside of the toilet (the screen is also writable, assuming your child has acquired that skill set). Good thing it's classily swathed in micro-fiber to protect is delicate innards.
