FCC: can you mandate two tuners?

We know the single-screen, dual image LCD from Sharp is old news, but we got to thinking. With all of the ruckus around the FCC mandating a digital tuner in every DTV consumer set, now is the perfect time to modify the mandate, so here goes: "FCC: can you please change the mandate so it requires two digital tuners?"

Lets face it, while the dual image screen handles the fight over the remote control, it doesn't stop the "who's going to watch in HD and who's not?" fight that this technology will bring. We anticipate this set will bring new meaning to cries of "Shotgun!"
