What we're watching:

"World Report: New Orleans: A Predicted Problem Comes Home to Roost" airs at 8 p.m. on HDNet, followed by Rick Steves' Europe at 8:30. Over at the regular over-the-air networks, some HDTV shows are either premiering or beginning their new season. These include Bones (8 p.m.) and House (9 p.m.) on Fox.
