Samsung's Apple-infringing SKIN phone selling tons
It seems like a little knocking-off hasn't hurt sales of Samsung's SKIN cellphones (SCH-V890/SPH-V8900). In fact, they're flying off the shelves, reaching more than 3,300 units sold a day within three weeks of launch -- the most for any new phone released in Korea so far this year. As you may know, Samsung caught some flak for ripping off Apple's menu design on the phones, something the company eventually fessed up to. They've also smartly gone the extra step of actually changing to the design to something a little less lawsuit-inducing. [Link req's reg]
