The Queue: Six

Welcome back to The Queue, WoW Insider's daily Q&A column where the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky will be your host today.

Ah, Rambo. He has a striking resemblance to certain staff members here at WoW Insider. But in the good way, sort of like the good way where I answer six of your questions today - with perhaps the best question saved for last.

Ghaundaur asked...

"If you dual spec at 40 and in the process find out that you made a mistake on either one of your specs and need to fix it, is the cost 1000g again or the normal progression in cost to change a spec? Also, say you are leveling a pally and dual spec Ret and Prot and then get to 80 and want to do Prot and Holy. Are we looking at another 1000g?"

No. There is a one time 1000g fee to purchase the ability to have a second spec. After that, normal respecing fees apply to change each of your two specs.

Euphie asked...

"What is the instance portal in between the Trade district and Old Town in Stormwind that is currently blocked off?"

The portal belongs to The Vault, a max level instance akin to the Stockades. But the instance isn't made and the portal doesn't go anywhere. Hopefully one day something will be done with it. You can find out some more information at WoWWiki on The Vault.

Andrew R. asked...

"I remember there being a question about the find treasure racial with dwarves. You said something along the lines of Blizzard had homogenized the racial talents so one race didn't have an advantage over the other. What about the diplomacy racial for humans? That gives them an advantage with rep rewards and some titles. That seems a bit unfair."

Yes and no. It provides a greater temporal advantage - gaining rep takes less time. But it doesn't provide anything over that. And truth be told, I wouldn't be surprised to see it go away at some point. Arthas is giving Humanity quite a bad rap with the rest of the world...

Ian R. asked...

"Why do people constantly post comments that say "First!" on all the WoW Insider articles?"

It's an internet thing. It began here around the time the beta dropped, but god only knows where it started. We delete them as we see them, and readers generally rate them down.

Kevin asked...

"Is the Argent Tournament a temporary world event, or will it become a permanent part of Icecrown?"

It will be a permanent event, where you end up building some structures for the tournament itself. You can find more information via our Argent Tournament page. It is not a world event, and not a PvP event either (although I wouldn't be surprised if there are PvP components to it).

Garninow asked...

"Will we be able to enjoy a followup picture of Matt Rossi that builds on the shadowy, apparently bare-chested and provocative stance he is currently taking?"
