WRUP: When is E3 again? Oh, good
March brought us GDC and PAX East nearly back-to-back. Now it's time for a return to the "normal," at least until the madness of E3, which is set to unleash its treasure trove of announcements in June.
What's everyone playing?
Alexander Sliwinski (@XanderSliwinski): Homefront. It's time to form my own opinion on it. Also, Dragon Age 2, which I just barely started the other night.
Ben Gilbert (@BigBossBgilbert): Continuing the madness that is Slam Bolt Scrappers and hopefully jumping back into LittleBigPlanet 2 when I have a chance. I could really use a good RPG, so I'm thinking of picking up DA2 also. We'll see what actually happens.
Chris Buffa (@ChrisBuffa): I'm going to come out swinging with Fight Night Champion, then continue to play Land-a Panda.
Christopher Grant (@ChrisGrant): Despite various levels of completion in Stacking, Dead Nation, LittleBigPlanet 2 and Slam Bolt Scrappers, it's looking like a Dragon Age 2 weekend. Actually, make that a Dragon Age 2 week. Err, month.
David Hinkle (@DaveHinkle): I plan on playing this copy of Dead Space 2 that Chris let me borrow, along with some downloadable titles -- specifically, Beyond Good and Evil HD, Pac-Man CE DX and Full House Poker.
Griffin McElroy (@griffinmcelroy): South By South Whooamygod I'm so sunburnt.
James Ransom-Wiley: Playing my bracket, bay-bee!
JC Fletcher (@jcfletcher): I've somehow been roped into helping pick out clothing and makeup for a young woman, so she can succeed in her new job at a hostess club. I'm also being monitored by the police for my involvement in a nascent gang war, and constantly being assaulted by street punks. With all this going on, I have no idea when I'm going to get back to playing Yakuza 4.
Justin McElroy (@JustinMcElroy): I suspect I'll continue to ogle the 3DS I received this week, especially the surprisingly enjoyable Lego Star Wars III.
Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK): I'm sure I'll end up sinking several hours into Dragon Age 2 and Beyond Good and Evil HD, but I really need to clear out my DLC backlog for Dead Space 2 (Severed), Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (The DaVinci Disappearance) and ilomilo (Autumn Tale).
Mike Schramm (@MikeSchramm): I got back on the Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit tip recently, but my serious gaming time is going to Full House Poker this weekend. Gotta build that bankroll!
Randy Nelson (@DangerPenguin): I'll be finishing up my review of Crysis 2 and really digging into Shift 2 Unleashed. In any (unlikely) time I have away from those, I'll be indulging in the eye- and brain-candy of Liqua Pop on my iPhone.
Richard Mitchell (@SenseiRAM) My unhealthy obsession with League of Legends continues. But this weekend will be spent in the wilderness, possibly riding an actual, unarmored horse.
