Show us your smarts by transforming this boring screenshot of the Gamecube's latest feudal Japan-themed pinball/real-time strategy/voice command blockbuster, Odama, into something...well, something else. We'll leave that part up to you. Add voice bubbles, photoshop skillz, UFOs, whatever; just do it better than the next guy. Subtlety works, but so do Japanese tentacle monster or Mecha-Streisand invasions. Please use the enlarged version linked to the post image above and mail all completed entries in .JPG format to joystiq.applications[AT]gmail[DOT]com. Please include your address should you be chosen as super ultimate winner number one!Deadline is 11:59PM (ET) tonight, so get 'em done!

Remember the caption contest?  No?  Well, it has been a while... However, the contest, initially announced at the end of February, has recently announced the winners.  Head over and check out the winning submissions - though I, for one, am disappointed that no runners up were posted for our amusement.  Do we have any winners in the audience?  If so, congrats!

Blizzard has recently announced a screenshot caption contest for US subscribers - apologies, however, to players in Florida and Rhode Island, who aren't eligible.  However, for those of you who are, submit a caption for one of the provided screenshots for a chance at winning a PSP and a memory stick. As with every contest Blizzard holds, not everyone is eligible, and there's always a wave of complaints when this is discovered.  Whenever this issue is brought up on the forums, community managers tend to inform players that different states have different laws and regulations governing contests, which makes it difficult for Blizzard to some areas.
