Now that things have reset and we had another successful Game Night, we're wondering if Tuesday night is the best time. Also, we're wondering if 8pm EST is the right time, as well. With our international readers, joining us for Game Night at that time might be impossible. Now that we're done our first cycle of polls for Game Night, it's time we reset everything. However, due to the sheer distaste for Star Fox Command from the participating folk (hey, why aren't you participating?!), we're removing it permanently. As you know from last week, our choice for tonight's Game Night game is none other than Star Fox: Command. We've met the end of our first elimination round of polls and, concluding tonight's festivities, will reset them tomorrow. Now, remember if you do not have this game or are not a fan of it, come anyway! We'll have other folks in the room looking to play different games. As usual, we'll be meeting up in an IRC chat room set up by reader ConstyXIV. The server is irc.freenode.net and the room we'll be in is #dsfanboy. Remember to be in the chat at 8PM EST to take part in the carnage! With another Game Night coming and going, we finally reach the end of our first rotation of game polls. With the last remaining game being Star Fox Command, looks like that'll be the game for our next meet on Tuesday, January 23rd. Remember, if you do not have Star Fox Command, it doesn't mean you can't join us! People are always looking to play other games and if Star Fox Command isn't your cup of tea, or you do not own it, don't count yourself out. Stop by! Another Game Night has come and gone, delivering to us many a spankings in the ways of Tetris DS. It's OK though, we took our licks and enjoyed the grand social time that is every Game Night. In fact, why not tell your friends? Tell them to get with the program already! It's fun, we promise. As always, if you do not have the chosen Game Night game, show up anyway! People are always playing different games and looking for other multiplayer fun!Now that we're down to just two games, we're going to run another poll where you all will decide what our next game is to be. Obviously, following the results of the poll this upcoming Tuesday that will determine what game is played that night, we won't run a poll for the following week and the only Game Night game remaining will be played. Update: Whoops, it'll be 2007, not 2006. Silly us ...First of all, I would like to apologize for my crummy connection last night. I dropped a few times then my internet went out all together. I got on the phone with my ISP and have worked all the kinks out, so it shouldn't happen again. Aside from that, some of the participants have voiced concerns regarding the voting system and what games we play, so we here at DS Fanboy have changed the voting to one total vote per person, eliminating the allowance of voting once every day. Also, we're going to try to stop repeat game choices by eliminating them as a poll choice once played, so that everyone can play the game they want. Once all games from the list have been played, we'll toss all of the games back into the poll and start over again.Any questions or concerns can be left in the comments.
