What we're watching: We're still boycotting NBC because of 480i Scrubs (that's a lie, we'll just watch that 1 hour episode of The Office on DVR and skip all the commercials). Sleeper Cell continues all week on Showtime with new episodes and there's an NBA doubleheader on TNT.Our traditional high definition listings continue below.

What we're watching: With a big high def hole in the middle of NBC's so-called "Must See TV" lineup, even two episodes of My Name is Earl can't pull us back into the fold. We'll take a look at the College 3-point contest and Slam Dunk Championship on ESPN2-HD, yet another shuttle launch on HDNet, and new episodes of Supernatural and Smallville on The CW.Our traditional high definition listings continue below.

What we're watching: We've got a slew of premieres tonight, from the return of The King of Queens on CBS, to MyNetworkTV rotating in two new telenovelas, Wicked Wicked Games and Watch Over Me. Our most anticipated premiere tonight however is INHD's Geared Up. Part of the Mojo lineup, it's all about "shiny new things" and the premiere episode focuses on home theater projectors. What we're watching: Tonight are the thrilling finales of MyNetworkTV's debut programs Fashion House and Desire. We're sure you'll watch these as intently as you have every other episode so far this season. We can also say goodbye to CBS' 3 Lbs, which has already been cancelled. Instead, we'll catch Saving Private Ryan on Cinemax, after watching a stretched upconvert so many times on TNT, we deserve it. Update: We almost forgot about the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show tonight on CBS at 10, we suppose Private Ryan can save himself tonight. (Thanks overdigital!)Our traditional high-def listings continue below.

What we're watching: We just didn't get enough of The Closer this summer so a special two hour episode tonight is just what the doctor ordered. Monday Night Football is also a must watch, if not for the game between the still-playoff-possible Panthers and Eagles, for the Halo 3 ad that is to air during the event. We haven't confirmed if the ad will be broadcast in HD on ESPN, but it will be available for download in high definition afterward via Xbox Live. Our traditional high-def listings continue below.

What we're watching: With USC vs. UCLA and the SEC Championship Game between Florida and Arkansas coming to an end the last big game takes center stage as Oklahoma and Nebraska battle for the Big 12 Championship on ABC. West Virginia and Rutgers are on ESPN in a game that would be much more interesting if either had managed to stay undefeated while HBO has a couple fights lined up for prime time. Finally, if you didn't already get the HD DVD packed in with your Xbox 360 drive, King Kong is on Cinemax. Our traditional high-def listings continue below.

What we're watching: We missed doing the listings last night because we were busy waiting for NBC's Must See TV lineup featuring Scrubs in high definition. We won't make that mistake again. Tonight, Justice is back on Fox with a new episode along with two hours of Las Vegas on NBC. Unfortunately we'll be far too busy flipping between Ice Wars on CBS and the NASCAR Nextel Cup Awards on TNT to watch them. Finally, don't miss the day & date premiere of The Architect on HDNet, at the same time it hits theaters, DVD, Blu-ray and HD DVD.Our traditional high definition listings continue below.

What we're watching: We missed out on Brokeback Mountain last night, so we'll let our sensitive side out for a bit with chick flick tragic love story Tristan & Isolde. On NBC, Heroes begins a story arc that jumps back six months, so maybe we'll get some clue what is really going on and what happened to time-traveling Hiro. Otherwise, you can always spend an evening with Ted Koppel & the Discovery Channel as he focuses on Iran. Our traditional high-def listings continue below.

Hosted by Eagles linebacker Dhani Jones, it takes us on a trip of "unique and out-of-the-ordinary" sports stories from across the U.S. Also making its first appearance tonight is Brokeback Mountain on HBO, but we'll probably opt for Battlefield Earth on Cinemax. Our traditional high-def listings continue below.

Otherwise there's also NHL on HDNet and boxing on HBO. Hugh Laurie guests on Saturday Night Live in a repeat episode. Our traditional high-def listings continue below.
