WoW Moviewatch: Learn to fly
It wasn't that long ago that I was talking about the super nifty cannon at the Darkmoon Faire. And while players from either faction can visit this cannon when the Faire is set up in Elwynn Forest, it's a bit more challenging for an alliance player to visit the cannon when the Faire is in Mulgore -- you see, it's stationed inside Thunder Bluff itself. Of course, the enterprising alliance player can still have loads of fun shooting themselves out of the cannon and plummeting to their deaths -- it's just a bit riskier, as seen in the video.
WoW Moviewatch: The flying mechanostrider
This isn't the first video I've seen of this particular leap, but I still find it to be an impressive one. And I think the sight is only improved by the addition of the mechanostrider, which adds an entertaining smoke trail. Of course my interest in this video could, at least in part, be attributed to my immense fondness for jumping off all manner of tall objects across Azeroth, and this particular leap is the longest I'm aware of in the game -- or at least the longest one that doesn't kill you in the end.
WoW Moviewatch: 5-player UBRS
I've done the Father Flame event with only five players in the past, and it was pretty rough -- rough enough that I can't imagine going all the way to the end of the dungeon with that few. However, this video shows a group of 5 (warrior, paladin, priest, and 2 mages) taking down the Beast and Drakkisath. A fairly impressive feat, if I do say so myself!
WoW Moviewatch: That's the World of Warcraft That You Play
I wouldn't have thought it would be possible to pack so many sweeping class generalizations into a single video -- but I have been proven wrong with this one. This was another entry in the Summer Movie Contest and landed 3rd place in the Music/Dance category.
WoW Moviewatch: The Real Speedy
I lament the low quality of this video, but am still amused by it. In it Azric of Eldre'thalas rides from Tirisfal Glades to Stranglethorn -- on a turtle mount, acquired by obtaining a rather rare TCG card. The mount was advertised early on as traveling at 100% speed -- though, on clarification, 100% speed seems to be normal run speed. So... even with most of the video sped up, it's a 7 minute run trip across the Eastern Kingdoms.
WoW Moviewatch: A song about Molten Core
I am obviously a sucker for a goofy World of Warcraft related song, or possibly just easily amused -- because this video had me laughing for the longest time. Though that could have, at least in part, been because I couldn't figure out what song they were parodying (despite the fact that it sounded awfully familiar) until the end....
WoW Moviewatch: Hogger Goes to Gurubashi
I can't say I understand this game's fascination with the low-level elite in Elwynn Forest -- Hogger. Sure, he's a pain to kill when you're running through the area in a level-appropriate fashion, but I've seen everything, all the way up to a 40-player raid being organized to take him down. And, in this video, we have Hogger being taken on the long walk from his Elwynn home to the Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn Vale. (How do you kite him that far without killing him, anyway?)
WoW Moviewatch: WoW Logic
This video is one of the finalists in the music video catagory of Xfire's Summer Movie Contest. Beware, however -- its techno beat keeps getting stuck in my head....

Another finalist in the Xfire Summer Movie Contest, The Ballad of the Noob is the tale of an intrepid newbie venturing outside of the safe confines of his starting zone. Okay, maybe it sounds silly, but it's very nicely done, so take a look-see.
WoW Moviewatch: The Anti-Elf Anthem
Maybe I'm just letting my Horde colors shine, but I think this is hilarious... And, even if you're a Night Elf fan yourself, there's little in the world that's more amusing than a singing Tauren. In all seriousness, however, this is one of the finalists for the Xfire Summer Movie Contest.Update: I noticed the video link was no longer good, so I fixed it. Yay.
