Let all hear the testimony of Thrym the Hope Ender! Thrym hear tell of great tournament in mountains. Thrym leave Zul'Drak, come to stadium in Icecrown. Thrym throw all foes into ocean. Thrym thinks he win tournament, go home with mountain of gold, live with many pretty draenei ladies with not much clothing. Then tournament leaders tell Thrym he fail drug test. It not Thrym's fault growth hormone in urine! Thrym not know what was in injections Drakuru give him. Why congressional committee pick on Thrym? (Thanks to Kavalry and the unknown hunter of Silvermoon-EU who pulled Thrym all the way to the tournament grounds.)Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? Dawnia simply could not believe that Shayla had the gall to show up to the raid in that dress. First, that bottle-blonde piece of jailbait ran off with her husband, who apparently decided that a man of his stature in Silvermoon couldn't be seen with anyone more than a hundred and twenty years old. And now she was wearing one of Dawnia's own dresses to a social occasion? How dare she! Dawnia consoled herself that she would have the last laugh when her philandering husband gave the little tramp Corrupted Blood. Dustfire of <In Vino Veritas> of Zuluhed is moving house in a few weeks, which is rarely a pleasant experience. (My own move-out in August featured three days of hundred-degree weather and a highly aggressive paper wasp that had not been evicted prior to our arrival on the new apartment's porch.) Her new phoenix mount, acquired by Dustfire and her guildmates after three (?!) Kael'thas kills, should help ease the transition. She notes in her blog post, "It trails love. And joy." And jealous onlookers who've been unlucky with the drop, I'd bet.Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? It's been a while since we had one of these, isn't it? Right? Right. Anyway, Veldugar of Hydraxis writes, "So my in-game graphics completely geeked yesterday and I spent a couple of hours flying around taking pics of all of the misplaced textures and just plain weirdness that happened. There are three things in this shot: me on my drake, the outline of the mountains and the sky. All of that craziness is what the entire sky ended up looking like in Icecrown. Gnome mage Fabbin and Thunderfury-wielding warrior Dinghy may have outleveled Tanaris thirty levels ago, but they have yet to figure out how to dress appropriately for a desert environment. Dinghy's plate gear is cooking him in his own juices -- heck, there are even flames coming from his shoulders -- and Fabbin is wearing both dark clothing and an uncomfortably warm fire spec. What should they be wearing? Well, we may have just found a use for the Polychromatic Visionwrap.Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? The irony of an undead creature, whose job is to create new undead, bearing down on a dead undead was too much to pass up. Can a lich sense a person's soul hovering beyond the veil? Can their claws reach through and snatch the spirit as it attempts to re-enter the body, spinning it screaming into the void, leaving the physical form to be reanimated to perform the Lich King's will? A few days later, a priest friend and I went back to finish up the quests, and we took this bad boy down. I'm sorry that you had to find out like this, Mr. Wiggles, but sometimes we have to sacrifice for the greater good. I needed to take down some elites, and Mrs. Wiggles provided me with a vital 40 strength and 40 stamina boost. I know it's hard to see the mother of your children seared to a golden brown perfection and devoured by your owner. But don't worry, you'll see her again someday. In EMS, we like to call people who ride motorcycles without helmets future organ donors. Unfortunately, most classes in WoW can't wear plate helms, and cloth makes for poor protection no matter how well enchanted it is. Noamsie of <True Justice> on Aggramar-EU has decided not to postpone the inevitable, and is riding her Mekgineer's Chopper straight off a cliff and into oblivion.
