Logitech's Portable Lapdesk N315 takes a stand against carpal tunnel syndrome
It's no CushionSpeaker, but Logitech's $30 Portable Lapdesk N315 is just as curious and probably as useful. Designed to help those sick and tired of mousing about on the built-in trackpad, this laptop table is engineered to grip tightly to machines 15-inches and smaller and provide a pull-out tray that doubles as a mousepad. It's like having a desk, but on your couch. Get it? Get it?

Not bad for $30, if 15.4 inches will count under the 15 inch max.
nope...TOO BIG
:)
And, as and added benefit, it keeps your junk nice and toasty.
Why is he sniffing coke?
@onelove
ROFL
I've been waiting for someone to figure this out for ever. I've been using a lapdesk from Target for like 3 years because it has enough side space to use a mouse. It was $12 but this has a slide in mouse thing. I wish it had a indent somewhere so you could store the mouse in it.
Love logitech products so I am interested in seeing this. Although, I think ventilation would have made this better. Also, for the same price you might consider the LapWorks Futura. I picked up a couple for my gf and I a year ago and have been very happy with them. It folds up nice and small and has a snap on. My complaint with the LapWorks product is the mouse can slide around if it's on your lap at an angle, no grip. The Logitech looks like it is also smooth and may have the same problem.
There was a Daily Giz Wiz on it if anyone is interested.

Screw the product, this is one of the first times a cute guy is used in the product photo.
Finally something besides under-aged looking asian girls.
He's wearing Converse sneakers so we know he is WAY cool. Damn, I wish I had the balls to wear sneakers from the '50s, then I'd be cool too.
Sigh. I knew SOMETHING was wrong with the photo.
couldnt agree more. he can sneak in my panties anytime. And i'm a guy.
same here!
Lol, i was just commenting on msn after sending that picture to someone. And now i see your post. You two are my new heroes
Yeah sure. How forward thinking, until you go to the website and see that the man of the house is on the couch while the woman of the house is washing his lapdesk for him. ROFL.
He looks like he's thinking "where's my internet?"
And I thought the beautiful WOMEN modeled w/ emergent gadgets were to much to take. That guy looks as convincing with a laptop and specs as Tatum Channing commanding the JOEs.
Who cares? He is hot, he can use a type writer for all I care.
About the lapdesck should give a break to my wrists, all those years playing video games didn't hurt only my grades.
You're right. He is smokin' hot.
*scoff* I would have thought gadget enthusiasts would better appreciate someone who looks like he's actually capable of fashioning one (or at least appreciating one) rather than some mimbo. He looks as appealing as the brother from True Blood.
I've seen him on Skinemax. He plays the random character doin' it.
ITT: What hes looking at so intently.

N315? Really? They needed such a model number for this.
AHHHHH SHOES INDOORS!!!!!!
Ok... useful...but any optical or laser mouse is nearly as useful (or more so) on the armrest of said couch. Though if said couch is unavailable, I suppose in lieu of any other convenient surface, this may come in handy.
.....Can I have him AND the Lapdesk instead?
Or him on MY Lapdesk playing with my mouse?
How bout him and a lapDANCE?
Desk couch, couch desk, no don't get it.
Nice going technology but you ain't tought 'bout the leftys ... wait a minute, nevermind ^^
I could see a purpose for that. Cracking on the shoes the guy is wearing...people are so shallow and sheepish nowadays.
A stand against Carpal tunnel? Are they kidding?
Look at the way his wrist is positioned with respect to his forearm.
This position is what causes carpal tunnel rather then help with it.
His wrist should be resting on something and the keyboard should be angled away from you to actually help with carpal tunnel.
Exactly, that's far more dangerous than any mouse or pointing device use.
not to mention with his neck and back in that position he's going to end up with a herniated disc
This is as useful as a dressed lab-dancer.
Geit it - GET IT ?
Or.... just get a Thinkpad with trackpoint. Touch pads can suck it.
IBM's Trackpoint aka The Clitoris.
:-P
Popular amongst the nose picking spiral staircase owning crowd apparently...
a small board from home depot for 2$ will also do the job just as well
that is what i use when i play games at friends houses on my laptop, it also works well for a desktop with no table.
you can put the mouse and keyboard on it, and the monitor on a stool.
How well does this thing deal with heat? There's nothing to increase airflow under the laptop or any fans that I can see.
his shadow is huge
bwahahahaha!
that belongs to the mouse you horndog.. :P
I love how all the female commenters are noticing the model, just as the male ones always notice the models for TVs.
Yeah, they must be getting rowdy, there hasn't been a pink gadget featured in a week.
You know, it's possible some male readers might be attracted to him, too.
did that guy just scratch his ass, and is now sniffing the nasty?
I personally HATE trackpads thats why I've always hated laptops. It is annoying and they either dont work or too sensitive. I'm waiting until someone re-design laptops. I'm hoping for touchscreen laptops so we dont have to use a mousepad anymore. it is one useless small box that adds more space to a laptop.
Mister Lenovo builds a notebook machine w/ touchscreen - T400s is the handle I recall. It is lithe and lissom as well as touchable. Though it's also got the little red clit as well as the "hated" track pad.
helps you to not burn your balls out...
Great product! Makes you wonder why people havn't thought of something like this before...
I'd get this.
Well it's only fair to the ladies to have a good looking guy once in a while
Does this pen smell funny to you?
