Sprint will come to your house if you can't make it to a store

Between Amazon Dash and Netflix, there's almost no reason to leave the house these days. That's why, to save you the agonizing trip to your nearest strip mall, Sprint will bring the retail experience to your house. Next time you're due an upgrade, the company's new Direct 2 You program will send an employee to your door and set up your new device at your kitchen table.

Sprint believes that a majority of smartphone buyers don't like ordering phones online since they lack the confidence to set up the hardware on their own. That's why 5,000 roving Sprinters will be hired to cover major metropolitan areas before the end of the year. All you'll need to do is book an appointment and spend the next few days fretting that the rep will judge your interior decoration choices.

The rollout of the service begins in Sprint's home city of Kansas and that will expand to Chicago and Miami next week.
