Fitbit Force fitness and sleep tracking watch officially announced

We learned almost everything we wanted to know about Fitbit's Force fitness and sleep tracking watch last week when it leaked to the general media. Today, however, the company officially announced its new wearable -- launching in the coming weeks for $129.95. Dropcam Pro launched with better optics, dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth (hands-on)

Dropcam -- a company previously known for its camera integration software -- is back with the Dropcam Pro, version two of its WiFi-enabled video recording device. The Pro features a completely redesigned optical system that includes an all-glass lens, and a 130-degree field of view. Acer details Haswell-based C720 Chromebook

Acer teased its new Haswell-powered Chromebook last month at Intel's Developer Forum, but until today the company kept specific details under wraps. Now called the C720, the 11.6-inch laptop uses a more efficient 1.4GHz Celeron processor and 4GB of low-power RAM to get you 8.5 hours of battery life. Pantech's Vega Secret Note includes fingerprint reader

Pantech's new Vega Secret Note includes not one, but five hot smartphone trends all packed into a single 8.85mm thick profile: a fingerprint reader, pen input, a rear touch sensor, LTE-Advanced data and an optional windowed front cover.
