Engadget Review

At $200, the Stream 11 is a good deal, especially compared to pricier Chromebooks, but beware that it comes with many of the same trade-offs as other budget laptops, including a low-quality display and slow boot-up time.

CNET
The HP Stream 11 aims to be an cloud-focused laptop, much like a Chromebook, but with the added utility of Windows 8. It's a rock-bottom budget laptop, so don't get your hopes up, but the battery life is impressive.

Laptop Magazine
The HP Stream 11 is a stylish Windows laptop that's just as affordable but more capable than a Chromebook, if you're willing to put up with a finicky touchpad.

PC Mag
The HP Stream 11 is a $200 Windows laptop that's built to compete with Chromebooks on features and price. It does pretty well on its own, but Microsoft sweetens the deal with free OneDrive storage and Office 365 Personal for a year.

Computer Shopper
The Stream 11 is a niche product compared to low-priced laptops with conventional storage, but we've given four stars to numerous Chromebooks and the HP deserves no less.
