DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, IT TOTALLY SUCKS, BLUE TOOTH SUCKS, CAMERA IS ALMOST ALWAYS BLURRY, AND DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTERNAL SD CARD SLOT. SO NOW TO HAUL MOVIES AROUND WITH ME I HAVE TO EITHER PAY FOR THEIR STUPID CLOUD OR BRING ANOTHER DEVICE. SCREW YOU MOTOROLA I WILL NEVER EVERY BUY OR RECOMMEND YOUR PHONE AGAIN AND IN FACT WILL CONVINCE EVERYONE AND ANYONE I CAN TO NEVER BUY ONE OF YOUR PHONES UNTIL YOU PUT BACK THE SD SLOT AND FIX THE FREAKING CAMERA......IT'S TOTAL GARBAGE.I BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE FOR THE BATTERY LIFE CAUSE I LOVED MY LAST MOTOROLA RAZR AND THE BATTERY LIFE ON THIS IS GREAT

Simple yet powerful. Google Chrome based! Social networking is awesome, cause the phone doesn't let you miss a beat. No screen protector needed. Very durable with excellent display & fits in my pocket.

This phone made me so angry. It would freeze occasionally, restart itself about once every other day, and the battery never lasted longer than 6 to 8 hours on regular use, which I limited to occasional phone calls and infrequent texting. If I ever wanted to actually -heaven forbid- use an app, the battery would only last about 4 hours. I can't even imagine going back to this phone after being spoiled by the Droid MAXX with a 2-day battery life on light use (maybe one, 20-minute phone call and some light texting) and a 23 to 24 hour battery life for heavier use (using apps like Netflix, or taking videos). I wouldn't give the Droid RAZR M to my worst enemy. Ok, maybe I would, because my worst enemy is a pretentious, iPhone-only d-bag, but that's beside the point. And the point is: The Droid RAZR M sucks.

THis is by far the worse cll phone I have ever owned. Battery life is horrible at best, voice quality is horrible. Will never buy a Motorola phone again. Everyone I call asks me if I'm on a speaker phone as that is how bad it sounds. I've complained several times to Verizon without any luck. It has become so bad I am considering breaking my contract and paying full retail for a new phone.

I bought this phone for business use, and overall it works great. The phone is a perfect size & weight and has a great battery life. The big let down is with the camera; it is disappointing to know that Motorola put a phone out with such a poor camera.
