There's no way I would wear the Rufus Cuff wrist computer. After a few minutes with this 3.2-inch Android tablet strapped to my body, my wrist started to get all sweaty. It felt bulky, weird and to be honest, not very cool. But if the massive pre-orders are any indication, there is clearly a market out there. In particular, says the company's CEO, Gabe Grifoni, in a few years something like the Cuff will replace the iPhone in your pocket and even be part of your next work uniform.

MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab created a UAV that can fly through a forest safely with an obstacle avoidance algorithm. And a prototype gun for objects lets users whip together large-scaled 3D designs using run-of-the-mill packing tape.

Yes, someone actually made a wearable "tablet." And no, we're not talking about the Neptune Pine, which is basically an oversized watch that doubles as a phone. This new device, dubbed Rufus Cuff, features a 3.2-inch screen and, since launching as an Indiegogo campaign in 2014, has promised to be more than a smartwatch. Rufus Labs, the company behind it, says its product "ends the era of the watch and ushers in the wrist communicator." Aside from that ludicrous display size (compared to other wearables designed to be worn on your wrist), it also features a TI Cortex A9 processor, front-facing camera for pictures/video, GPS, WiFi and a 1,175mAh battery. Although you can use an iPhone to take calls with it, thanks to the built-in speaker, dual microphones and Bluetooth support, Rufus Cuff is powered by Android Kit Kat.

You can take Amazon out of the jungle, but it'll just create one elsewhere -- at least that's what the company is planning for its inner-city Seattle office complex. A tweaked proposal for Amazon's three-block development, named "Rufus 2.0," was run by Seattle's Design Review Board yesterday, and it now includes a huge biodome structure with the notion that a "plant-rich environment has many positive qualities that are not often found in a typical office setting." It's five floors feature places to get work done, "dining, meeting and lounge spaces," a pair of shops serving the general public and, of course, lots of plants and trees. We've included a few more renders of the multi-bubble glass house after the break, and you'll find even more eye-candy in the source PDF. Forget the platform wars -- the competition for the coolest next-gen campus is on.

Everyone's favorite pot-bellied pugilist is heading to Street Fighter X Tekken, as revealed by Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono during a panel tonight at the New York Comic Con (and teased just last month). Despite being comically overweight and rocking an extra long rat tail, the rotund reveal was met with mixed reaction from a raucous crowd of hardcore Street Fighter players. The ever jubilant Yoshinori Ono, however, was all smiles, happily noting that plenty more character reveals are on the way.%Gallery-136564%

Capcom's cinematics department must be working on permanent mandatory overtime, as yet another character trailer for Street Fighter X Tekken has been revealed by Famitsu. Mostly concerned with Street Fighter 4's Rufus, the latest trailer (above) also corroborates previous teasers which hinted at everyone's favorite Underoos spokesman, Zangief. Marshall Law also makes an appearance, albeit in a more gaseous form. We figure you'd have to be pretty damn sloshed to mistake Tekken's portly prodigy Bob Richards for Street Fighter's hardbodied heart-throb Ken Masters, but they are both blonde Americans, and we're willing to accept virtually any contrived excuse that allows Capcom characters to battle their direct Namco counterparts.

Ever been playing vanilla Street Fighter IV and thought to yourself, "Man, this Guile character sure could be more Guile-like!"? Really? Wow, Capcom must be reading your mind! In Super Street Fighter IV, the developer claims to have taken Guile and made him, uh, himself again. According to Capcom-Unity, beyond the tweaks to Guile, "Vega got helpful buffs, Dhalsim does more damage (!), M. Bison's psycho crusher has become a scary move again, and Sagat can still be a beast even without making you feel like you got robbed when he beats you." Well then! Additionally, in a future dev blog update, Capcom has promised to reveal details about the tweaks to El Fuerte, C.Viper, Abel, Rufus, Seth, Akuma, and Gouken. So, will Gouken be even more Gouken-like? The suspense is killing us!
