Amazon Prime members no longer get ad-free Twitch privileges
Two years after Amazon acquired Twitch in 2014, the latter announced that Prime members would get to stream content on the platform without ads. But those halcyon days are over, as the streaming platform has ended ad-free viewing for Prime subscribers. Now, the only way to watch video without advertisements is to sign up for the company's premiere service, Twitch Turbo.

'Devil May Cry' will be free with Twitch Prime on February 27th
Twitch Prime only occasionally offers sweet game deals, but this one might be worth grabbing if you want to brush up on video game history. Twitch and Capcom are offering the Windows version of the original Devil May Cry (specifically, from the HD Collection) for free to Amazon Prime subscribers starting on February 27th. In many ways, this is the archetype for stylish hack-and-slash action titles like Bayonetta -- Dante succeeds in his demon hunting saga by mixing up attacks to create an unbroken chain of death. Add in a story inspired by The Divine Comedy and it's fairly clear why the series spawned both multiple sequels and a remake, even if if they didn't always live up to the original.

So long as you can score an Amazon Prime or Prime Video subscription membership, you can throw your weight behind one subscription-enabled channel every month. You'll also get perks like free games, including the Twitch-exclusive PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds clothing that arrives on June 9th.
Supernatural indie hit 'Oxenfree' is, well, free with Twitch Prime

The only catch is you need to have a Twitch Prime account, which you can access at no extra cost if you already have an Amazon Prime membership. Otherwise there's an option to sign up for a 30-day trial. Developed by ThirtyThree Games, RunGunJumpGun is like Super Mario on steroids, featuring dark colorful worlds and quirky characters.
