T-Mobile throws in up to three extra lines for free on family plans
It doesn't last forever, but T-Mobile's throwing big families a bone for the moment with a deal that makes the third, fourth, and fifth lines free on family plans (typically, only the first and second are offered at no additional charge). They're only free through 2012, but that gives you well over a year of cost-free bliss for your tykes' BlackBerrys; 200 minutes are included with each additional line and you can pay to upgrade them to unlimited if you're a "cool" parent.
