Recall that quietly seductive PR200 we saw way back in January? MSI has gone and launched the 12-inch ultraportable in Korea, given it a dark outfit, and thrown it into the ever-expanding MEGABOOK lineup. The finalized machine will reportedly sport Intel's 965 Express chipset, a Core 2 Duo T7300 processor, 2GB of RAM, 802.11n support, integrated GMA X3100 graphics, a 1.3-megapixel camera, built-in microphone, and an HDMI port. Additionally, you'll find a fingerprint scanner, onboard optical drive, audio in / out, a number of USB ports, and a ginormous palm rest sticker for good measure. If the 17-inch behemoth that NC Digitech rolled out last month was a tad too large for your tastes, the ultraportable PR200-040KR may fit just fine. This 12.1-incher sports a black / silver motif, WXGA panel, Intel's T7300 Core 2 Duo processor and GMA X3100 integrated graphics, 2GB of RAM, 802.11a/b/g, a 1.3-megapixel webcam in the (far too thick) bezel, Ethernet, audio out, a number of USB ports, and HDMI for good measure. Best of all, this wee machine weighs in at just 3.97-pounds, and while the price doesn't seem to be readily available at the moment, it's entirely likely those outside of South Korea won't even have a chance to spend their allowance on it.

Not a whole lot of dirt on this one at the moment, but apparently, NC Digitech has a 17-incher ready to roll in Korea. The MEGA BOOK L745X-206K sports an expansive 1,440 x 990 resolution panel, 1GB of RAM, Intel's Core 2 Duo T2350 processor, a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 7600 graphics card, DVD burner, a nine-cell Li-ion battery, 1.3-megapixel camera, and a 120GB hard drive spinning at 5400RPMs. Concerning the ports, you'll find a four-in-one multicard reader front and center of the machine, audio in / out jacks, and DVI / S-Video outputs. Per usual, there's no word on price nor availability just yet, but we're certainly digging the conveyed thinness.
