We're just back from the WiFi-less Samsung PR space here at IFA in Berlin, and the report may be less than thrilling to most of our readers. Nevertheless, here's a quick recap of the events. First up on stage was Dr. Jong Woo Park, president of Samsung, who didn't have much to offer in the way of groundbreaking news, though he did emphasize his company's dedication to "user experience" with their products.

Ready for it? We've got the release date for Samsung's tasty new Bluetooth media players with FM tuners: the YP-P2 and YP-T10. September. Ok, it's not so much a date as a range, but mark your calendars anyway and get to saving. How much? Good question, Sammy ain't saying, but you'd best start combing your pockets for the couple of hundie they'll demand. Think about it: the P2 (pictured) brings a proper 16:9 widescreen, 3-inch touchscreen display with up to 8GB of audio/video-hungry flash while the T10 wraps 4GB of your audio and video in a 0.3-inch, super thin dose of sex-ay. Just check the gallery and full specs after the break if you need more convincing.%Gallery-6441%

We already caught sight of Samsung's new touchscreen-equipped Yepp YP-P2 DAP, but it looks like the company has a bit more in store for its Yepp line that just that, with it today officially introducing it along with two other new models. While there's little about the YP-P2 that we didn't already know, Samsung has revealed that it'll also be available in white, although it looks like it and black will be your only two options. As for the two other new players, the YP-S5 and YP-T10 each boast integrated Bluetooth, with the former sporting a built-in speaker and a 1.8-inch 222 x 176 display and the latter boasting a slightly larger 2-inch screen and a promised 30 hours of battery life. Each of those will apparently be available in 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB varieties, with the YP-T10 also set to be available in purple, red, and lime in addition to the standard black and white options. No word on price, but it looks like the whole lot is headed for Europe first.%Gallery-5996%Read - Samsung Press ReleaseRead- Pocket-lint, "Samsung YP-S5 and YP-T10 announced"

Ok we admit it, we thought the device pictured over the weekend by Akihabara News was just the iPhone obscured by that iLuv case. But really, those pics were a bit preoccupied with something other than the, ehem, gadget. Fortunately, the good kids over at dapreview sorted it out with pictures and a video of Samsung's sleek new flash player: the Yepp YP-P2. A bit of digging also reveals plenty of specs courtesy of several unsubstantiated German language sites. These include up to 8GB of flash; biggie 3-inch, 428 x 240 pixel touch-screen display; MP3, WMV, WMA, and H.264 (MPEG4 AVC), MPEG-4 (ASF) support; Bluetooth (oh yes); integrated speaker and mic; and FM radio in a device just 100 x 52 x 9.2-mm thin. They've even implemented some of that virtual click-wheel action hinted at by Apple patent applications but never quite implemented. Check another pic and video walkthrough of the interface after the break. Read -- dapreview Read -- unconfirmed specs Read -- Akihabara News P2 promotion
