Any tweet featuring an outgoing link to Substack content is now being massively restricted with virtually no engagement allowed. These tweets cannot be liked, retweeted, or replied to. It remains to be seen if this is an error or a move by Elon Musk and Twitter similar to how they’ve handled competitors in the past.
