We first caught sight of this one back in February, and again earlier this month courtesy of the FCC, but it looks like Motorola's QA4 has now finally gotten fully official and, well, there it is. Now formally dubbed the Motorola Evoke QA4, this one packs a decently-sized 2.8-inch WQVGA touchscreen
