We were so busy fondling gaming machines and touchscreen Ultrabooks at CeBIT last week that we missed that tablet you see up there. That would be the Prestigio Multi 9.7, which -- surprise, surprise -- sports a 9.7-inch display. What's intriguing to us (besides the fact that we're generally obsessed with this sort of thing), is that we don't see nearly as many budget 10-inch tablets as we do 7-inchers. As you can see in the video below, it has a nice, fingerprint-resistant rubber back, along with an IPS display and Ice Cream Sandwich as an OS -- not too shabby for what's clearly a low-end device. Then again, the specs are appropriately modest: it has 8GB of built-in storage (expandable via microSD) and runs on a single-core 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 chip, bolstered by 1GB of RAM. According to Notebook Italia, it'll hit Italy in May for €199, though it's unclear if it will be available in other countries as well. Head past the break to find a video of it in action (skip to about 1:30 in), and hit that source link for more pics.

Those looking to ditch the u-turn blues in Europe now have yet another option in the oh-so-crowded 3.5-inch GPS market, as Prestigio has just unveiled its GeoVision 350. Specs wise, you'll find a SiRFstarIII chipset, a 320 x 240 resolution touchscreen, 300MHz Intel CPU, 1GB of built-in storage, Windows CE 4.2, and a rechargeable Li-ion that promises three hours of life on a full charge. The device ships with maps of "Western / Eastern Europe and Russia," provides voice guidance in 26 languages, touts USB connectivity, and comes bundled with all the necessary mounting hardware, too. Unfortunately, there's no word yet on pricing or availability.

Prestigio has busted out a new monitor for those looking for something a little more imposing than their 17 or 19-inch offerings, taking things up to a full 22 inches with its new P7220W widescreen display. Specs-wise, there's not a whole lot to distinguish it from other similarly-sized monitors, with it boasting a not uncommon 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 5 ms response time, and the standard 1680 x 1050 resolution, with both DVI and VGA inputs, as well as a pair of sure-to-be-used 3W speakers. No word on price, but it doesn't look like we'll be seeing this one 'round here anytime soon, with it instead headed towards various countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Prestigio is at it again, this time bringing a somewhat prestigious portable hard drive wrapped in supple, sure-to-be-costly leather. This tidbit of luxury sports a 0.69- x 3.20- x 5.16-inch enclosure, which is covered in a "stylish classic black or brown leather coating," and houses your choice of 40, 60, 80, 100 or 120GB 2.5-inch hard drive. Additionally, it boasts a "one touch" backup system, allowing you to clone your data onto the portable drive with just the press of a button, and while it supports a software-based password system, the lack of a biometric scanner keeps it from true greatness. The classy Data Safe II comes packaged in a "fashionable box," derives all the power it needs from just a USB 2.0 port, and should be available real soon. Although there's no price set just yet, you can sign up for the "pre-sale" on the company's website should you so desire.

Prestigio's gettin' in the DMA game as well: clearly not satisfied with simply bringing television to the palm of your hand, it now wants to bring the stuff you downloaded directly to your TV. This new digital media adapter is loaded up with 802.11b/g (and Ethernet, if you prefer), supports Composite, S-Video, Scart and Component HD video out, and brings RCA plus S/PDIF audio out. Sadly, good ol' Presty failed to tell us when we can get one of these guys, nor how many greenbacks we'll have to throw down for the pleasure. Take a peek at the ports on the flip side...

Presigio may be setting a new trend in portable media players with its new "portable multimedia recorder," the PMR-701. This device purports to record video or single frames from an external source like a TV, DVD player or camcorder. There's also an integrated TV tuner (doesn't say what kind) to pick up free broadcast channels, and while the press release claims you can also watch cable, but there's no apparent dock or coax jack. That said, its built-in 20 or 30GB storage turns it into a portable DVR, which is sorta sweet. The PMR-701 has a 3.5-inch 320 x 240 color display and it supports MPEG-4, AVI (DivX and XviD), WMV9 and MP4 and MP3, WMA9, AC3, AAC, and OGG files. Funny though, the press release fails to list a price, and says it will be available "immediately at Prestigio partners' stores across the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa." What, no love for the Americas, Western Europe or Asia / Oceania?
